Parents
If you are coming with children, we want you to know that we put the highest priority on looking after kids at Harvest.
After a couple of songs with the rest of the church family children (babies through Primary 7) will have the opportunity to head out and experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a faithful and engaging way and the name of Jesus is lifted high in worship so that young hearts and lives are changed.
The safety of your child is essential to us, and this is reflected in our safeguarding policy and procedures. All our leaders are members of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme which is managed and delivered by Disclosure Scotland.
What to Expect
The service will be contemporary in style and communication. We might sing some songs you don’t know yet (check out our worship page to see what'll be singing when you come) but we try to choose songs that are easy to pick up and, more importantly, communicate clear truth about God. We want you to be able to express how excited you are to follow Jesus through passionate worship of the saviour.
We believe that as we open God’s Word Sunday by Sunday, He has a life transforming message for us. We take our time working verse by verse through books of the Bible with a strong emphasis on how we can apply what God’s Word says to our everyday lives.
Finally, fostering a sense of being a church family really matters to us. We love to spend some time over tea and coffee after the service. We would love for you to stick around for a while and join us.
